International Excess baggage to India

I have the need to ship my international excess baggage to India. If your company provides this service, then please email me immediately. Does your company charge by the piece, or by the weight? What are your rates for either method? How much advance notice must you have before accepting my baggage for shipment? Can you guarantee my bags will arrive on time and undamaged? Does your company ship to India from Manila, the Philippines? How long will it take for you to deliver my baggage? When you email me with your information, please also include where I must drop off my baggage as well as where would I collect it at my destination.
