International Express shipping to India

My shipping needs are modest as I have only one package to ship with your company. It weighs but 3 pounds and is 1 ft by 8 inches by 4 inches in dimensions. The package must be delivered by this time next week. Can your company offer assurances that it will be delivered by then? Could you also tell me how much you will charge me to ship this package by express shipping with your company? If my package is damaged during shipping, how does your claims process work? Will you make good on any damages that may happen? I am shipping my package from Bangkok, Thailand. Does your company have an office that I can drop off this package for shipping?
