My firm, Venture Capital Funds, is based in Hong Kong. We have recntly started to work with another company, BFT Investments which is headquartered in Osaka, Japan. I have been tasked with finding an express shipping company that can handle time sensitive packages to Japan on a regular basis. We will only be shipping documents back and forth, if that makes a difference in the price you charge. Let me stress that the time availability of your company to deliver these documents will be the highest deciding factor in our decision making process. Beyond that we are looking for a reliable, reputable company that has a strong track records of delivering on time and going above and beyond to track packages. Please indicate if you have black out days of the year when you don't deliver such as major holidays. Also please indicate your availability to deliver on the weekends and at what times of the day.
